Bayern Munich have secured their 35th Bundesliga title in emphatic fashion, rallying from behind to defeat VfB Stuttgart 4–1 at the Allianz Arena.
The Bavarians only needed a draw to seal the championship after Borussia Dortmund dropped points against Hoffenheim a day earlier. However, they delivered a commanding performance to underline their dominance.
Stuttgart threatened to delay the celebrations when Chris Führich opened the scoring in the 21st minute with a well-placed strike. But the response from Bayern was swift and decisive.
Raphaël Guerreiro levelled the score just 10 minutes later before Nicolas Jackson, stepping in for the suspended Harry Kane, fired Bayern ahead shortly after with a composed finish inside the box.
Alphonso Davies extended Bayern’s lead before halftime, reacting quickly to turn in a pass from Luis Díaz from a tight angle.
Kane then made an immediate impact off the bench in the second half, scoring within minutes of his introduction to register his 32nd league goal of the season and reaffirm his place as the Bundesliga’s top scorer.
A late consolation from Chema Rodríguez in the closing stages did little to change the outcome, as Bayern comfortably saw out the match.
The triumph marks Bayern Munich’s 13th Bundesliga title in the last 14 seasons, further cementing their grip on German football.
With the league title secured, Bayern now turn their attention to a potential treble, with crucial fixtures ahead in the DFB-Pokal against Bayer Leverkusen and a UEFA Champions League semi-final clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
